No license, whether express, implied, by estoppel, or otherwise, is granted for any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative use of any kind. Any attempt to use the Protected Content for the training, development, or operation of artificial intelligence systems is strictly prohibited and will be considered a material breach of copyright.
The copyright owner reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including (without limitation) the right to seek injunctive relief, damages (including statutory damages where available), account of profits, delivery up of infringing materials, and recovery of legal costs on an indemnity basis.
Any unauthorized use may constitute copyright infringement and/or other violations of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.
